The land business is fun and rewarding. Do you have what it takes?

Would you like a career in Land Real Estate? If you do we would like to talk to you. We offer a generous commission split. We do not charge a desk charge as many in the industry do. We pay for signs, office supplies and faxes and long distance calling. You will not compete against the principles in this company. There are many different types of the land business such as acreage tracts, timberland tracts, development tracts, lots, recreational tracts, commercial tracts and various others you can specialize in.

We want you to succeed and will do everything in our power to help you. You must be a self starter who is highly motivated to make more money than the average Real Estate agent. You will be required to have a SC Real Estate license and to maintain a high moral character. Experience is helpful but is not required for the right individuals. We will provide training and guidance to help you succeed. You can start part time but in no time at all you will want to make this your career. We do not discriminate.

We are looking for 3 Agents for our Spartanburg Office. We are also looking for 2 agents in Union, Cherokee and Laurens counties.
